Trial Team Program Terms & Conditions

By applying to join the ParadiseGal® Trial Team Program, you agree that ParadiseGal Inc may use your personal information to assess your eligibility and invite you to take part. You can find out more about how we use your personal information in our Privacy Policy.

Please read all the statements below carefully. You will need to agree to these Terms & Conditions when you apply for the Trial Team Program.

1. You wish to join the ParadiseGal® Trial Team.
2. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and personal information and this may impact on your suitability to take part in this program.
3. If selected to trial a ParadiseGal® product, you will receive a product free of charge.
4. Product/s will be sent to the address provided in the application form upon acceptance into the program.
5. Products you are sent to test are for your personal use only and should not be passed onto anyone unless otherwise specified.
6. When testing a product at home, you agree to test the product in accordance with the instructions provided and post a review to social media (Instagram and/or TikTok) within 2 weeks of receiving the product.
7. When testing products, you will give your honest feedback and any feedback provided may be used for marketing purposes such as, but not limited to, email, online and printed marketing materials.
8. All information about the product testing you are involved in is strictly confidential and you agree to use reasonable efforts to prevent sharing any details of the Trial Team Program with anyone else including sharing on social media.
9. You will not receive any payment for testing any product at home but you will be able to retain any unused product that has been mailed to you.
10. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not test any products where you have a known allergy to any of the product ingredients or allergy to similar types of products to those being tested.
11. If you are unable to test a product that you have received, or if you develop a reaction to the product, please contact us by email immediately.
12. The products you will be testing have undergone raw material assessment and safety profiling but there is still a small risk that you may have a reaction.
13. If you develop a possible reaction to a product, you agree for ParadiseGal Inc to contact you for further information until the reaction is resolved. 
14. ParadiseGal Inc is not liable for any allergic reactions that may arise from your use of the products.
15. Non-compliance with any procedure may result in your withdrawal from the program. ParadiseGal Inc reserves the right to make this decision at any time.
16. There is no obligation for you to test products and you can request withdrawal of your details at any time.
17. You must confirm that you have read and agree with the information provided in our Privacy Policy.
18. Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions may result in your removal from the program.
19. Failure to submit the review in the given time will mean removal from the Trial Team Program and will no longer be considered for future product testing.
